Too many people are navigating life's challenges in isolation.

Whether carrying the weight of family responsibilities, recovering from difficult experiences, rebuilding after system involvement, or searching for a deeper sense of purpose, everyone deserves a community where they can show up as they are.

When people lack spaces where they feel seen, heard, and supported, the impact extends beyond the individual—it affects families, neighborhoods, and future generations.

Our community brings together women and gender-expansive people across generations, cultures, identities, and lived experiences.

Some participants have experienced system involvement personally. Others have supported loved ones through it. Many simply believe in the power of community and collective care.

What connects us isn't one shared experience—it's a shared commitment to building authentic relationships, supporting one another, and growing together.

We believe lasting growth happens in community.

Through Community Circles, Quest Retreats, leadership development, and shared experiences, participants build meaningful relationships, strengthen their confidence, discover their unique gifts, and realize they are not alone.

Rather than focusing on fixing people, we create opportunities for connection, reflection, learning, and belonging.

Our community doesn't end when a program is over—it grows through ongoing relationships, mutual support, and shared leadership.

Quest Weekends

Weekend-long immersive and leadership experiences that support deep reflection, storytelling, and personal growth.

Virtual & In-Person Community Circles

Facilitated peer gatherings where participants connect, share stories, build meaningful relationships, and support one another

Leadership Development

As the community grows, many choose to become Circle Facilitators, staff volunteers, committee members, and community leaders who help strengthen and expand the All Queens community.
